At the November 2017 monthly meeting, Kings County Housing Bar Association President, Michael C. Rosenthal, bid farewell to Judge Lau who has served as a Housing Court Judge since 1993. Daniel P. Phillips also spoke at the meeting as a guest lecturer to discuss the topic of Rent Overcharge.
